To initiate a return and request a refund, kindly inform us within 10 days from the dispatch date of your order through the Bportal message system. Ensure the item is returned in its original condition, securely packaged in a padded envelope, and sent via a trackable method.

Please include your name, address, bank details or PayPal email for the refund, along with the item number/s and relevant details. Kindly note, shipping/handling costs will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where we have erred.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Allow up to 10 business days for delivery post-shipment, as items are dispatched through Australia Post and other appropriate courier services.
