**Returns Policy:**
1. We gladly accept returns of eligible products within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage costs, while the original postage cost incurred by Bportal will be deducted from the refund.
In the rare event of an error on our part, we will cover all associated costs. Each package is meticulously weighed and matched electronically to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package from the post office within the specified timeframe, the customer will be liable for the return costs charged by the postal service, as well as the cost of resending the item.
2. Returned goods must be in their original condition for resale, including all original packaging. For hygiene and quality control reasons, we regretfully cannot accept returns on liners, fragrance oils, wax, color dyes, or chips. We prioritize offering only the highest quality products, ensuring that your purchases are untampered with and undiluted.
**Refund Policy:**
All refunds are subject to the sole discretion of Bportal. If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, please reach out to Bportal to discuss your concerns.
**Gift Receipts:**
If your purchase is intended as a gift, we are pleased to provide a gift receipt upon request. Returns made using a gift receipt will be refunded via a Bportal Returns Card, based on the original purchase value.
**Gifts or Bonuses with Purchase Offers and Bundled Items:**
When merchandise is bought with a gift or bonus offer, the gift or bonus must also be returned, unless otherwise specified. In cases where the gift or bonus cannot be returned or is not in resalable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced accordingly. For bundle offers, all items within the bundle must be returned, or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any refund.
**Bonus Gift Card with Purchase:**
If a bonus Gift Card was issued with your purchase, it must also be returned along with the merchandise to qualify for a full exchange or refund. If the bonus Gift Card has been partially or fully redeemed, the redeemed amount will be deducted from any available refund.
**Order Cancellation:**
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Simply email Bportal, and the order will be promptly cancelled without penalty. If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the goods in their original condition.
